Report & Query Writing Support (posted 14th Feb 07)
Following a request from a CIS, we are changing the Service Desk report writing process.
Once a report request has been received, you will be sent an email estimating the amount of time we expect the request to take. This email will also ask you to confirm that you are happy with the estimate before work on the report begins.
The 14 day SLA for query and report writing will begin as soon as we have received your confirmation.
This change only applies to reports and queries that fall under the 14 hour support restrictions.
