Please use File > Exit when logging out of the database

 

If your session remains idle for 4 hours, you will be logged out of the database and will loose any unsaved work.

 

The Hosted iChIS database needs the following pre-requisites to run:

 

  • Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 server or above

  • Microsoft Remote Desktop Client -  Please visit the downloads page

 

To connect to the hosted service using a Web Browser, you will also need:

  • Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection ActiveX component

 

The local Installation needs the following pe-requesites to run:

 

Hardware

 

  • CPU  - 1.2GHz

  • Memory - 256 MB RAM

  • Hard Disk 500 MB Available Space

 

Software

 

  •  Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server

  •  Internet Explorer 6.0 or above

  •  MDAC 2.8

  •  Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0
